Working principle of vacuum degasser:
Through the vacuum pump to remove the gas in the mud to make the gas content in the mud is reduced, thus improving the efficiency and quality of drilling. In addition, the vacuum degasser can be regarded as a foam device, which removes the bubbles in the foam through physical principles. Specifically, the work flow of the wave degasser is: the mud enter from the lower part of the equipment into the space in the wave degasser, and a certain pressure is formed; As the mud rises, the bubbles in the wave degasser rise with the mud until they break through the mud surface and enter the debubbling chamber. In the debubbling chamber, the gas in the mud is removed by a vacuum pump, resulting in a low gas content mud.
