BZ Solids Control Oil Sludge Treatment System is ready to be sent to a domestic project site
Recently, the installation and commissioning of a 5-8m3/h oil sludge treatment system independently developed, designed and produced by BZ Solids Control has been completed and is ready to be sent to the construction site of a domestic project.
BZ Solids Control Oil Sludge Treatment System is mainly used to treat waste sludge and oil sands from crude oil tank cleaning, waste sludge and oil sands from refineries, and waste sludge and oil sands from drilling sites. The BZ oil sludge treatment system is to add oil sludge treatment chemicals and combine with BZ solids control mechanical separation equipment to hot wash the oil sludge and separate oil, water and solids. After being processed by the BZ oil sludge treatment system, the solid-phase oil content can be reduced to less than 2%, the water-solid content in the recovered oil can be reduced to less than 3%, and the oil content in the recovered water can reach 500-1000PPM.
The oily sludge treatment system of BZ Solids Control mainly includes: thermal cleaning module, screening module, two-phase separation module, three-phase separation module, and chemical dosing module. This system is matched with the BZ BZS584-HB sludge shale shaker, BZLW355-1250 high-speed decanter centrifuge, BZSD-90 ultra-high-speed three-phase separator and BZJY-1000 four-chamber dosing device, etc., to meet customers’ requirements for compactness and Strict requirements for processing indicators.
