The containerized mud purification system ordered by the customer this time was specially designed and developed by the designers of BZ Solids Control Company based on the actual engineering situation of the customer’s site. This containerized mud purification system mainly includes: mud tank, BZS752 customized vibrating screen, BZS752-1S customized desander, intrinsically safe liquid level sensor, ultrasonic flow sensor, sewage and sand discharge submersible pump, etc. The client’s project is the purification treatment of exploration mud. The construction area requires drilling and exploration to produce a large amount of mud. The mud generated during construction cannot be directly transported out of the country and needs to be reduced and processed through the mud purification system. According to these working conditions and the customer’s technical communication with the processing capacity of the drilling rig and the mud pump, the solids control technicians of the North Drilling have designed and customized this containerized mud purification system for the customer. The system is set to handle 100 cubic meters per hour. The personnel designed this containerized mud purification system to be able to carry out the project construction outdoors in any season temperature, and is not affected by the temperature. In addition, the skid-mounted integrated system device does not need to be disassembled and installed, ready to use, convenient for transportation, and The mobile construction of the project bid section reduces the completion time of the project and saves the construction cost.
