The processing capacity of the mud recycling system is 120m3/h. Include double deck shale shaker, pure polyurethane cyclone ,screw pumps tanks and etc. BZ shaker vibration was finite element analyzed to increase the strength of shaker deck, BZ also has a design patent for the shaker deck,It has a good sealing effect, long service life and easy replacement of shaker screen, can be ued in different working conditions. BZ cyclone adopts 100% polyurethane material,has a strong separation ability, wide separation range, can remove 45um to 75um solid particles, cyclone outlet adopts nozzle design, particles discharged quickly, reduce blocking,cyclone number can be customized according to different processing capacity, BZ pump accessories can be exchanged with well-known foreign brands, Double protection of coiling seal and mechanical seal greatly improves the sealing effect and service life . BZ mud tank is self-cleaning tank, the surface of welding material automatic shot blasting treatment. All equipment is sprayed with Marine heavy anti-corrosion paint, three layers of spray including epoxy zinc rich primer, epoxy cloud iron intermediate paint, polyurethane topcoat, enhance the anti-corrosion performance and service life.
