The working principle of mud agitator is to enhance the mixing effect through the vortex motion generated by impeller. When the motor is started, the reducer converts the rotational speed of the motor into a rotational speed suitable for stirring, and the impeller rotates accordingly, so that the stirring liquid produces a strong vortex. This vortex motion can not only effectively mix drilling fluid, but also suspend solid particles in liquid to prevent their deposition. At the same time, the design of the tray avoids the deposition of mud particles after shutdown, which further improves the use effect of the agitator.
