BZ solids control BZYD-200 flare ignition device working process:
1- Transfer dangerous gas by pipes to the gas inlet in a safey zone.
2- Connect and start the electronic igniter.
3- Open the liquefied gas tank valve, igniting the burner with the electronic igniter.
4- Open gas valve, fire the dangerous gas.
5- Close the liquefied gas tank valve, keeping the dangerous gas burning.
