Disposal and utilization of drilling wastes
Drilling waste/waste mud is one of the main pollution sources of petroleum and natural gas industry. Due to the engineering demand, the oil drilling mud is a mixture of oil, water, organic clay and so on. In the past two years, the drilling team has been using more and more oil-based mud, water-based mud and composite mud, and the consequent cost increase and environmental pollution problems have become more and more serious.

- Mud water produced by cleaning cuttings is formed into mud cake after dosing, flocculation and solid-liquid separation, which can be mixed with clay or shale in proportion for brick burning;
- The separated filtered water can be used to remove the main pollutants by such pretreatment processes as destabilization, flocculation, air floatation, oxidation and adsorption filtration, etc., and can be used for the safe formation of oil field injection and recharging or standard discharge;
- After the sewage is treated by the Sewage Treatment System, the discharge can reach the standard.
