Recently, 4 sets of the dual-motion drilling fluid shale shaker manufactured by BZ Solids Control have been sent to abroad customer after strict production, assembly, quality inspection and trial commissioning. The shale shaker plays a vital role in the fields of mud purification and treatment such as oil drilling, coalbed methane drilling and river dredging, etc.
Dual-motion shale shaker usually adopts three vibrating motors. By adjusting the phase angle and rotating speed of the motors, make the screen basket has two kinds of running trajectories: linear motion and balanced elliptical motion. When running in linear motion, the vibration intensity is large, which can produce strong impact force and make the materials move quickly on the screen surface, thus realizing large handling capacity and high conveying speed; in the balanced elliptical motion, the movement trajectory of materials on the screen surface is more complicated and the residence time is relatively longer, which is helpful to improve the recovery rate of drilling fluid, make the solid phase drier, reduce the possibility of screen clogging and prolong the service life of the screen.
When the drilling fluid returns from the bottom of drilling well and enters the shale shaker, the screen basket moves in double motion under the action of the vibrating motor. Solid particles larger than the screen hole are retained on the screen, and are transported along the screen surface to discharge end while vibrating and discharged; The solid phase smaller than the screen hole and drilling fluid leak into the mud tank, realized liquid-solid separation.
